Pesto is my favorite! I make a super yummy chicken spinach pesto penne pasta. Looks super fancy at a dinner party and stores great. I always eat it as a cold pasta salad for lunch the next day

mmmm I love pesto! I harvested a bunch of basil from my garden during the summer and made a huge batch- I froze the extra in ice cube trays so I can enjoy it all winter :)
